Compared to the number of people killed by far more common means it's tiny. Approximately 3,000 people a year out of a population of more than 200 million. Compared to tens of thousands a year in car accidents alone.Ostlander said:that's still a lot of people. There are plenty of things that go bump in the night and they're just as human as you or I. If you'd seen the things I've see you'd realize the most vicious, violent, and dangerous animal on the planet is US. Christ I've seen things, well I can't talk about on a forum with these sort of rules and don't like talking about at all. But take it at face value, there's nothing crueler, nothing more vicious, vindictive, and pointlessly destructive than people.Ostlander said:Which takes me back to the "things that bump in the night" idea...
