This is good news (even though it's old news from October), as one of my ToA players was interested in the College of Satire. I wonder how far down the revision list it is, though. Will we see it before the artificer/mystic/ranger/etc or after?

More than likely before.

Ranger they had a re-do of plans for and Artificer and Mystic still need some refinement last I heard.

I suspect there are multiple lists: the official one (ranger, mystic, artificer) and a bunch of personal lists (with things like the college of satire and the planeshift articles) that exist as much for "I hit a roadblock and need something to work on to clear my head so I can get back to the official list" as for eventual publication. The good (and bad) thing about the personal lists is that anything that comes from them might show up any time.

Edit: From his twitter (or at least the twitter that makes it to https://www.sageadvice.eu/), it seems like MM's current "personal project" is to develop some 5e content loosely based on the PoL/Nethir Vale setting for his home game (which I hope will eventually be collected in a Planeshift article), so I suspect we won't see the College of Satire until he starts posting about something else.

Mearls has said that they will be revisiting many of the UA subclasses that didn't make the 70% cutoff the first go around. He has specifically said they are reworking the Elemental Sorcerer subclasses as Genie related.

I hope he compiles it also, however planeshift articles thus far have been James Wyatt (personal time) and based on the MtG art books.
