And, FWIW, we've ruled that the Amulet of Mighty Fists works just fine when wildshaped given that it specifically calls out that it works for natural attacks.
True, I'd acutally meant the armour bonuses but didn't even think of any other properties.

I'd say the amulet works fine if worn in animal form, but not during the transformation... but that's in my game. It does work for natural attacks though and if made in "collar" form is quite handy for wardogs and such. :)

We thought it was kind of silly for a Druid to construct an item designed to be worn by a wildshaping-Druid that had to be taken off and put back on again. YMMV. :p
