What happens? Do you still get the bonuses or what?
All magical items meld into your new form... and become inactive.

Wild Shape
Player’s Handbook, page 37
Replace sentence 3 of this class feature with the
following text:
This ability functions like the alternate form special
ability (see the Monster Manual), except as noted here.
Add the following sentence to the end of paragraph 1:
Each time you use wild shape, you regain lost hit points
as if you had rested for a night.
Add this new paragraph after the current paragraph 1:
Any gear worn or carried by the druid melds into the new
form and becomes nonfunctional. When the druid reverts
to her true form, any objects previously melded into the
new form reappear in the same location on her body that
they previously occupied and are once again functional.
Any new items worn in the assumed form fall off and
land at the druid's feet.

Anyway to bypass that?
Not many, and it is intentional. The Wild armor property might still work for the armor.

Wild
The wearer of a suit of armor or a shield with this ability preserves his armor bonus (and any enhancement bonus) while in a wild shape. Armor and shields with this ability usually appear to be made covered in leaf patterns. While the wearer is in a wild shape, the armor cannot be seen.

Moderate transmutation; CL 9th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, baleful polymorph; Price +3 bonus.

Yea wild would work.

Theres a wilding clasp in magic of faerun, 4k, if attached to any amulet or vest allows you to use it when wildshaped.

MoF is 3.0... if your DM says it's still available then you're golden.

The beastskin armour ability in C.Adv...

The Daggerspell Shaper (PrC, in C.Adv), also allows magical daggers and STR/DEX/CON boosting items to function while wildshaped.

I hate that rule... technically, said druid, would lose the bonus of his periapt of wisdom while wild-shaped... which is fine... I guess... but wouldn't he then lose bonus spells due to the fact that he's less wise for awhile? Would those bonus spells just up and return when he wild shapes back? (and if you say yes, then how come owl's wisdom doesn't grant bonus spells?)... moreoever, you have to re-calc saving throws based upon his cloak of resistance being gone, his spell save DC go down down thanks to his un-modded wisdom, etc.

Moreover, it's perfectly within the rules for a druid to remove his cloak, rings, ioun stones, etc. and just place them on again after he wildshapes... at the cost of a minute or so... which would make all the difference in battle- but still. Gloves and boots? Those I can see... beyond that though...

Anyhoo, that was my rant! Thanks for reading!

Magic items, apart from weapons, armor, and shields, resize to fit the wearer. Take off any items that would still fit a corresponding body part before you wildshape, then put them back on. So, no magic boots while in snake form, etc... but still very doable.

The wilding clasp annoys me. It says "Amulet-like" or "Vest-like" and then in the example has it working on a periapt of wisdom, which isn't an amulet or a vest but a headband slot item. Which leads to the inevitable question of which items are like an amulet or vest. Is a belt vest like? If a headband is "Amulet Like" are goggles or a mask?

Stupid item description. Good idea but stupid way of doing it.
