D&D 4E Will non-cleric leaders be just as effective as clerics in 4E?

I agree. Maybe not the damage dealing but definitely the ally boosting.

I expect that clerics will have all those varied spells and such... dealing with undead, laying down the energy attacks, various wards...

Gotta give the warlord something to compensate for not having that.

There probably won't be warlords IMG, so, no they won't be as effective as clerics.
