Will the CPSIA harm the role playing games market?

If it's causing thrift stores to shut down, I think that the FLGS have a right to be worried. You can win a lawsuit and be devastated financially...

This is a non-issue for the RPG world. Law enforcement is going to focus on products aimed at children who are in the chewing age group - not those in pre-Algebra classes.

If a particularly insane Attorney General decided to chase down D&D books, it would be a no-brainer to just slap 13+ stickers on everything.

And there would be no lost sales. Parents don't check ratings on video games, let alone wonder if the new Monster Manual got certified for lead.

Don't me started on how stupid the ratings of video games got started.

The game was Night Trap: and Senators said there was porn in it and it too gory. Now I've seen someone play it all the way through: Where was this porn?
