Rock can't act worth crap. The Scorpion King was watchable because there are not enough conan movies out there. Same quality acting as Ah-nold gave us back in the day does not make a good actor.
The Rock deserved to be rundown for his work in The Rundown.
He works well enough for a "Grunt with Muscles", so he'll be fine in Doom.
