For the past several years I played with a 13-14 year old and his dad in the group. Things remained quite mildly PG, as was appropriate.
But even when I roleplay 1-1 with my husband, the games have remained essentially PG. If his elven rogue wants to seduce a barmaid, they go upstairs and the door closes. We're quite adequately able to comprehend what else might happen but we don't need to discuss it at the game table.
That's just how things have always gone in my games. It may help that I'm married, and my husband is always part of my gaming group. There aren't too many guys bold enough to want to get descriptive with a six-foot, 280 lb husband in the room, with a 2-handed sword hanging on the wall nearby!
