Wings of Vengeance and M

Wings of Vengeance power (Avenger Utility 10) says,

Effect: Until the end of your next turn, you gain a fly speed of 7, and you can hover.

And, Mercurial Mind (Psionic Talent) says,

Property: While you are not bloodied, you gain a +1 item bonus to speed.

Now, when I have Mercurial Mind and use Wing of Vengeance power, can I fly at speed of 8?

I guess so. But not 100% sure.

And I have a related question. What if an item or feat says "your speed" instead of "speed"? Are speed (and new movement mode) gained from a power considered to be "your speed"?

I wonder, for example, if Fleet-Footed feat can increase the speed gained from Wings or Vengeance or similar powers.

Benefit: You gain a +1 feat bonus to your speed.
