Winning Races: Gnomes

Anyone else fine it odd they put our the winning races: gnome almost the same day they released a campaign setting without any gnomes?

An encounter power that automatically makes any creature perform two MBAs that do extra damage to cursed enemies, and still does psychic damage to the target on misses? Wow.

Is that crazy good, or am I missing something?

It's nice, but I don't think it's particularly overpowered. It's basically the same as other encounter powers that allow the PC to make two attacks. It's just that the monster is making them.

Great to the see the little folk getting some love, its not all Goliaths and Dragonborn you know.

Next should be the old klassic Kobold.

My Krazy Kobold of Kord wouldnt mind a few more options.
