There just came out a new feat in the PHII that is the opposite: Con to Will saves. But that's all that I can think of. There's an Int to Reflex saves one too.
Instead of screwing around with all these different feats with differet names and pre-requisites, why didnt WOTC just make a feat that let you pick a different stat ability for a save mod?

Because such abilities are extraordinarily powerful, and must be handled with care.
For example, the one that allows con to substitute for wis on will saves requires endurance as a prereq, which if you ask most people is a pretty crappy feat.
