Perhaps a reference to Inajira, from Ravenloft?Chapter 3 - Creating a Domain of Delight is short but well done, definitely enough tables to provide you with a creative foundation to springboard off from. At the end, on the Domain Visitors table is mention of an arcanoloth searching for one of the Books of Keeping – which seemed odd, unless the Queen of Air and Darkness is known for binding yugoloths?
Well in Kobold Press's Courts of The Shadow Fey, The "Queen of Night and Magic" (which is basically the Queen of Air and Darkness renamed to avoid trademark) actually has a pack/group of winged Demon Fiend Hounds or something that come straight from Pandemonium/The Abyss itself. And it is mentioned that they are sicced upon on anybody that ends up becoming too disruptive/unrooly within her castle or areas of the Gloaming Court when there are Unseelie Fey gatherings.Chapter 3 - Creating a Domain of Delight is short but well done, definitely enough tables to provide you with a creative foundation to springboard off from. Well they both are Shadar-Kai.I'm intrigued to see that Mister Witch and Mister Light both grew up in Gloomwrought, a city in the Shadowfell that got a whole supplement in 4E but as far as I'm aware was never mentioned in 5E until now.
This seems odd, since wotc 100% did not invent that title and are not at all the only prominent users of it.which is basically the Queen of Air and Darkness renamed to avoid trademark
It just seems to be what I've noticed. IIRC, they don't have a Queen of Air and Darkness, but instead of Night and Magic. shrugs. This seems odd, since wotc 100% did not invent that title and are not at all the only prominent users of it.
Sure, which is just odd to me. I mean TH White is the oldest use of the term I can find, and the Dresden Files gives that as Mabd’s title. It just seems to be what I've noticed. IIRC, they don't have a Queen of Air and Darkness, but instead of Night and Magic. shrugs.
