At-will * Arcane, Implement, Radiant
Standard Action - Ranged 10
Target: One Square
Attack: Int vs. Reflex
Effect: Threads of light spring forth, binding your foe and spilling into nearby squares.
Hit: 1d6 Radiant damage.
Special: The target square is brightly lit. Any creatures entering the target square lose the benefits of concealment, stealth, and/or invisibility until the end of your next turn.
Wand specialist: Additional contiguous squares up to your Dex modifier are also brightly lit as above.

Increase damage to 2d6 at 21st level.


Spin, hah, THRUST!
At-will * Arcane, Weapon, Force
Standard Action - Melee
Attack: Int vs. AC
Effect: You whirl your weapon, wind up, and ... POW! right in the kisser.
Hit: 1[W] + Con damage. Push your target one square.
Staff specialist: This power can be used in place of a basic attack.

Increase damage to 2[W] at 21st level.


Shocking Revelation
At-Will * Arcane, Implement, Lightning
Standard Action - Burst 1, Ranged 5.
Attack: Int vs. Reflex
Effect: Bright sparks fill the target area, clinging to anything in it.
Hit: Wisdom modifier Lightning damage. Until the end of your next turn, creatures entering the target area lose the benefits of concealment, stealth, and/or invisibility until the end of your next turn.
Orb specialist: Creatures hit by the initial effect take -1 penalty to AC and Reflex defense until your next turn.

Increase range to 10 at 21st level.

Very interesting powers. Nothing looks overpowering and many look like interesting alternatives for wizards to give them more options, something they should have innately.
