Wizard spell sheet

Just looking for a good wizard spell sheet that has all the good pertinenent info on it. Been looking around but havent found one that tickled my fancy. Thanks in advance.

I always liked Ema's sheets, here. Go to Charsheets and thye'll be at the top. Not just wizards sheets, they have spell sheets for all spellcasting classes.

I like the sheets from Necromancer Games. They only have it for 3rd edition though.

Can anyone tell me from where these PDFs originated.
This is exactly what I am looking for, but I'd like to have other classes (especially cleric) done in the same style.
