Wizards and multiclass feats

Let's say I'm a wizard, and I have 2 utility spells of level X in my spellbook, but I can only memorize 1 of them per day.

If I take a power swap feat with Warlock, do I swap one of those 2 spells (meaning I now have a wizard and a warlock utility, and I can pick one per day - this seems reasonable for Warlock, but not for Fighter), or do I give up both Wizard spells in favour of one Warlock spell?

Both. The 2 utility or 2 daily (or 3 daily, with Expanded Spellbook) spells you learn at a particular level are effectively a 'set'; you're swapping your Wizard Utility 2 (which is the set 'Shield and Expeditious Retreat', say) for a Warlock Utility 2.
