I think that the Red Dragon Dentist could actually work as a product. Obviously it would be marketed at small children rather than adults but I think that it would sell.

My wife is a kindy teacher. She bought a similar game to use at work. You have to push the teeth down on a shark's mouth. One random tooth is trapped and will cause the shark's mouth to chomp down on your hand. The kids love it (although as an adult you can "feel" if the tooth is trapped when you put a bit of pressure on it).

I'd say that the Red Dragon Dentist should not be like Dr. Croc (or however that other game's called): Instead of biting, the dragon spits fire!

Oh, and did I mention that the game's for up to 6 kids, or however many you can fit into that Red's mouth? Those teeth are as large as the children's heads.
