Wizards cust serv phone number?

Is there a phone number I can call? I just bought an Entry Pack of the D&D miniatures, and my Vadania mini is bent so badly that she's laying flat on her face when the base is flat on the ground. I tried to bend it back myself, but the best I was able to come up with is she's falling forward at about 45 degrees and still won't stand up.

I'm not really excited about sending an e-mail, I'd like to actually speak with someone if I could, but the Wizards site seems to not have any cust serv phone numbers listed. Or at least I couldn't find them.

OK, for anyone curious, I just called them and I was told to mail it to Wizards Product Replacement and they'll replace it. The cost of shipping a single mini vs. what it's worth to me may make this prohibitively expensive as an option.

Also, as an interesting point, a couple of years ago Games Workshop shipped me the wrong part in a bits order, and they mailed me a replacement part without asking me to ship the wrong part back. In addition, they threw in a few freeby bits for my trouble (mostly orc heads at the time.) So Wizards is not "best in class" in this industry, I'm afraid. :(

Couldn't you go back to the place where you purchased it from?

I realize that they may not have that particular mini, but they may have channels open to them to help get a replacement for that mini.

I noticed that just today, as I was looking through the checklist that came with it. Now I'm more interested in replacing it than I had been. ;)

You do deserve better than that - what if you offered to e-mail them a picture of the bent figure?

I agree about GW - I'm not always crazy about their marketing tactics, but their service is first rate.

Is it a plastic mini? If so, can't you just stuff it in a small envelope, fold it over and then stuff it in a slightly larger envelope (the smaller envelope is to keep the larger envelope from tearing around the mini)? Then you could just mail it with a stamp or two. 40-50 cents I would guess.

WOTC does not need it gift wrapped do they? ;)
