I think, as said, we've all been talking past one another and some of my own posts, looking back at them, might have been more explicit. So, let's all share the blame on this one.
I do agree, too, that the WotC has always been so extensive that it makes keeping the whole thing up to date while not losing things as they go along difficult. We'll probably see some of that content get linked properly again before too long. If anyone does, bump this thread with the new link so folks can find it.
