Since everyone else is doing it and I'm a frigging lemming ...
Expanded Psionics Handbook: No
D&D Map Folio I: No
Complete Divine: Maybe, if it had something I specifically wanted to play. I'll probably recommend it to one of the party clerics, however.
Eberron Campaign Setting: No
Planar Handbook: Not until my current campaign clocks Tharizdun, which at the rate we play won't be for another year. Then, maybe.
Races of Stone: Maybe, if it had something I specifically wanted to play.
D&D Map Folio II: No
D&D Basic Set: No
Monster Manual III: No
Frostburn : Maybe. While I think Wizards is putting too much into this one, it sounds interesting. Besides, it is mid-Ready'reat in my game right now, their lives will could become even more miserable.
Eberron Whispers of the Vampire's Blade: No
Special Edition Player's Handbook: No
Libris Mortis The Book of Undead: Dum Magi Orae aliquem ad classem Latinam mittant, illum no emam.
Shining South: No
Complete Arcane: Maybe, if it had something I specifically wanted to play. I'll push the party elemental savant to this, he needs more fire spells and something to overcome my now-constant love of endure elements.
Sharn : City of Towers: No.
Races of the Wild: I used to like to play hobbits (half of nothing!) and kender, but I haven't played either one in years. I hate elves and that won't change. If there's something that would cause me to play another hobbit, I'd consider it.
Map Folio 3-D: No.
Balancing all this is GURPS 4e in August, which is what I really want. Frostburn comes in September, when SJG releases the GM's screen, so that boosts it.
