Will this studio fucus on maybe Witcher style action RPGs or will they switch gears from action games and focus on Turned Based or Turn Based with pause games. Also this means WotC has aquired a Setting IP, the one their Toque Studios made with its sci Fi shooter game. I wonder if Toque Studios will have to change it's name now? (BTW Toque Studios is the most Canadian name every for a Game studios 😁).

A few more details. Livelock the one game released by Montreal based Tuque Studios is a Diablo style game with guns and lasers in a post apoloyptic world. Some seem to think this suggests a Diablo D&D style game (yuck), but it's also being said that Tuque games are working with the D&D core design team which might hint at a more faithful D&D 5e game.

Who says they are making an RPG...?

"Classic D&D" doesn't suggest racing game or or First Person Shooter or D&D flavoured Candy Crush or D&D Tetris.

In fact it might suggest a sequel to a well loved D&D game, like Pool of Radiance 3, Neverwinter Nights 3, ect...

It could mean approximately anything.
