im new to useing a wizard and i just want to know one thing

this might be dum but hehe.........

when it says that at each level a wizard learns 2 new spells of any spell level or levels that she can cast

does it mean that the wizard gains 2 spell levels to all level 0-9 spells or u just choose 2 to learn from that spell level

You gain two new spells. Those spells can be of any level or levels that you can cast.

So if you're a 5th level wizard, you could learn:

2 3rd level spells, or
1 3rd and 1 2nd level spell, or
2 2nd level spells, or
1 3rd and 1 1st level spell, or
1 2nd and 1 1st level spell, or
2 1st level spells.

A list for every level would be helpful :p

And you forgot cantrips! There might be new ones that weren't learned at first level ;)

Read my post again. I said there might be new cantrips introduced in a campaign.

For example, if there is a new book that you decide to add, it might have some cantrips in it.

Then they should magicaly appear from whereever those two new spells come from.

RAW, I'd agree with you, but what if you researched your own cantrips? Would the cantrip magically appear in every Wizard's spellbook? I don't think so.

Why not? They *are* magic, after all. :p

 The spellbooks aren't magical, though. Does your spellbook expand to hold all of the cantrips too?

Not as such, but Wizard off the Coast, the publisher of spellbooks everywhere, not being a coingrabber like those evil Wizards of the Coast (who blatantly stole his name), regularly sends out revision updates magically to all his customers (which is all wizards). :D
