There are some of these recent minis I'd love to buy at a more affordable price, but this is not one of them. For me, Lolth has quite a different look. She is either a large sized drow, or a gigantic black widow spider. Go back to your AD&D roots and that was how she manifested originally.

That's kind of stunning how uninspired and bland it is. From the lack of texture, to the paintjob, to the boobplate... Just a masterclass in a C- miniature.

There are so many better prints of 3d sculpts available on Etsy/Ebay, for less. Yeah, you'd have to paint it, but even white primer and a wash would look better than that...

I'd argue that's a step back from wizkids own nolzur's drider!

Gaming is fun, and fun is for everyone
I like it, but only in the context of something D&D has released. Compared to other miniature companies, this is meh.

One thing though... Lolth does not have stats in 5E. Pretty weird to release a mini for her unless that's changing soon.

Also, here's a really good spider mini from GW, which clearly inspired a monster in MCDM's upcoming monster book.

Is it just me, or do the legs look more like creepy fingers than spider legs? It's an interesting choice...

I'll probably pick this one up since it's about the same price as the Orcus mini and not insanely expensive like the Tiamat one.
