[WoD] A Beginning to the End -- New York By Night

Elena smiles, and looks at Marcus. "True -- the others would be better disposed to selecting a proper place for interrogation. While they decide that, come with me for a moment -- I need to talk with you quickly before I leave for Albany," she says, and starts towards the door.

"If the Prince does not have some place in mind, I might be willing to offer the extensive dungeon underneath my mansion. The location is secluded enough, it should serve our purposes quite well." Horus looks expectantly at Morgan.

"Who am I to decline a prince offer to help him, but I must ask for something first. The news about Rigger is starting to spread. I would prefer the news would reach my clanmates by the mouth of another Nosferatu who have witness tonight events, which mean me. So if it is possible, I would like to do a quick visits to some person before helping you. Would you accept that little request?"

"It is an honour that you place so much trust in us, my liege." Paul bows deeply to the Prince, concealing the slight smile that briefly crosses his lips.

This could be me moving up in the world. Not every night you're given a chance like this.

He straightens, trying not to shudder as Horus says the word 'dungeon'. The idea of a Setitte's lair doesn't fill me with enthusiasm. He frowns, deeply distrustful of this snake within the group.

"Ah, so I did see someone then!" Paul look relieved at Francis' words. "I thought I was going mad. Um... madder." He grins in an unsettling fashion, focusing his attention on Horus.

Barring his attention from the Prince for a brief instant, Horus returns Paul's grin with the tiniest of smiles, the corners of his lips barely rising. His ancient eyes bore straight into Paul's for that moment, before returning to hear the Prince's answer to his offer.

OOC -- I've changed Morgan's speech color to a sky blue, because it's far easier to read than the olive green I was using, just so everyone knows and it doesn't cause any confusion.

Morgan takes a moment of thought at the mention of Horus' suggestion of a location. "Your... parlor... sounds efficient, Horus," Prince Morgan finally says with a muted smirk.

"Yes, Francis, you may go. We will see to the transport of Primogen Elias to the dungeons of Horus' estate; if you could, Horus, please provide Mr. Drake with directions, so that he can meet us upon completing his reports to his superiors," Morgan says, addressing Francis.

Elena and Marcus say their goodbyes, and the Prince of Albany departs the Maze quietly, leaving Marcus to return to the group.

"Rait, please collect the Primogen," Morgan orders, and turns to Horus and the assemblage. "My Scourge and I will see to the moving of Elias to the estate. I trust you all can find your individual ways there, but please -- I do not foresee our transport taking more than an hours' time. I have one small errand to attend, and then we will make haste to conduct this interrogation."

Horus nods at Morgan's words and stands up. He moves away from the group a short distance and uses his cellphone to call his driver, telling him to come with the car. He makes eye contact with Primogen Greyburr to send him a non-verbal reminder of their appointment, before returning to the rest of the group.

He gives Francis directions to the mansion and then gently pulls Melody aside. "Would you perhaps like to accompany me personally back to the mansion? My limousine will arrive shortly, and if Elias was speaking the truth before, you may very well still be in danger. In no one elses presence would you be safer." he says, with a venomous smile.

As Horus finish to gives the direction, Francis salute all the group and leave. "I will try to do fast." he said just before the door close.

To Horus: “I wonder, what do I have in common with this Rachel? He said, I have it, too, in my blood, but my time has not yet come. I hope we find out, what he was talking about... thanks for your offer, Horus, I'll gladly accept, but we have to wait a moment, while I give instructions. The doors have to be repaired at least.”

Melody then calls one of her trusted employees to be instructed with this task, having security personell guard the entrance and reinforcing the door, as well as getting someone to repair or anew it. She doesn't want to get the police involved, if possible.
