D&D 4E WoL Conversion to 4E

Hey Folks,

Has anyone done any 4E conversions for Weapons of Legacy they might be willing to discuss or share. I need a game plan to convert the items from Barrow of the Forgotten King/Sinister Spire/Fortress of the Yuan-Ti to 4E. Sadly even though WotC did a 4E conversion of the last of the three adventures they skipped over the Weapons of Legacy and only did the encounters.
