Sorry, but I gotta cheer somewhere! I decided I could justify purchasing some artwork for one of my perpetual "I-wanna-be-a-pdf publisher/writer" projects (my Winterfall campaign setting) since I'm starting up an "over-the-summer" campaign in Winterfall, and it'd be helpful to illustrate the new races.
Man! It's the coolest thing, having someone else turning my descriptions into images -- they come out totally different than what I imagined, but better. It's beautiful! It's been Christmas all week in my email inbox! And he's not even half done!
Yeah, I'm a bit giddy. All of a sudden the impossible is possible. Today, artwork, tomorrow, winning lottery tickets!
I'll see if he minds me posting a picture and his name here later on. The talvijotun is positively iconic.
