I'd like to chime in here in support of Adamant. If you've been looking to get your feet wet with d20, you could do worse than write for this publisher. Just from my contact with him, I can say that Gareth is open to ideas and quick to respond to emails. I plan to keep submitting ideas for the d20MasterKit line in the foreseeable future.
