Hey guys...i just wanted to let you know about this link I saw on En World. It was in the news section, and its about this site that is doing world creation and an rpg. I went there are the site is really sweet. The idea for their RPG is awesome.

Also, I'm glad to be a new member! I'm not trying to spam or anything, the owner doesn't even know I'm doing this so don't blame him. I just think everyone should take a look.

OK, I glanced at this quickly ( and struggled through watching the cheesy Flash "movie" ) so help me out a bit:

This is really a conquest type game as opposed to a collective campaign building excercise?

Will the results be usable for someone looking for a campaign setting, but not interested in the "Risk" conquest aspects?

After volunteers for all the "nations" have signed up, will additional world be created to keep the game going for others?

Am I missing the boat completely?

I think I missed the same boat. I'm stitting on the dock with you wondering what exactly the project is supposed to be. The movie was vague. Color me confused.

Ok Ok. First of all I made that flash movie after spending about an hour learning how to use flash. Second, there are posts in the forum that jump out in your face and tell you what we are doing. To learn about the specific plans of the RPG go here >

This orginallly started out as a world building campaign, and still is. People come, they read, the think, they create, they post. Now that we have a good amount of nations and created governments, religions, militaries etc, we can bring all that information together and integrate it into our RPG.

The main goal of the RPG is to grow and expand, defend and concour. I'm not pressuring you to join, my friend up above was promoting and I don't even know why because I never asked him too.

I think that this RPG will be amazing. I'm sick of creating a character and going on stupid quests or writing the next part of the game or story. Take it or leave it. Please keep in mind that we only started about about a month and a half ago.

Leopold: do what you like. I'm a bit of a nazi on the forum anyways so create a nation that worships flowers or one that would scare people when ever the name was heard.

BigFreekinGoblinoid: people can come and develop the world and do some behind the scenes work. They don't need to be in the game if they don't want to.

aside: man, everyone's got to bitch about something.
