Worlds Largest City seen at GenCon SoCal

This from a person who attended GenCon SoCal last week:

"I saw The World's Largest City there, but didn't pick it up when I first saw it. I should've because they only had 5 advance copies for sale. The actual book won't be released for a few months. Dang it."

Can anyone fill us in on some of the details? I've been waiting for a long time for this and it looks like the release is actually going to happen. I'm a bit gun shy however given the amount of 3.0 material that came in the last AEG release (Accordlands).

Well, the fact that it was there was scooped. No one though has been able to provide any info on what the book is like.

I saw the book at my LGS today and was as shocked as hell to actually see it on the shelf.
I couldnt flip through it because it was shrinked wrapped, not by the LGS though.
