WoT: the Noble class

I must just chip in and say that while the revised SW noble is good in many respects, I think the decision to axe the existing "inspire confidence" rules and replace them with a lame knock-off of the bardic abilities is rubbish.

Make what other changes you want, but I recommend for the sake of sense and sanity that you keep the existing method for inspiring troops with your speeches.
