"Player's Option: Heroes of the Feywild" is the only one I'm somewhat interested in.

If it hadn't been Essentialized, it would have been a guaranteed buy. As things currently are, it's just a 'maybe'.

...Madness at Gardmore Abbey ...The Legend of Drizzt Board Game ...

Maybe and maybe not, respectively. I'm intrigued by the idea of a super adventure with counters and maps, but I would have to run it with Gamma World rules since I don't have any other 4e-ish version. A board game just has less appeal to me.

What I really lament is that the Ravenloft RPG got cut from production. If it was going to get a GW treatment, then I would have bought it. Perhaps they will bring it back.

Dang - I would buy this by itself. Not too interested in buying an entire boxed adventure just to get this though.

Green Ronin made a Deck of Many Things a while back. It is available from Paizo (and I'm sure many other stores) for about $9.

Olaf the Stout

Edit: I must say that I am generally underwhelmed by what is coming out. Apart from maybe the Dungeon Tiles, nothing on that list really interests me. And even the tiles are just a maybe.

You've seen the other two D&D movies, right? It's not exactly confidence-inspiring.

The second one was better, at least, because it didn't try to be something that it's not, but they were still both bad. I actually wasted my money on seeing the first one in the theatre.

The animated "choose your own adventure" style one was actually fun though, with some friends and some beers. We kept trying to kill Redgar.

So far, the only sure buy for me is the Heroes of the Feywild. It looks like they figured out how to add in the minor power sources (shadow, fey, elemental, etc) by letting people add elements to the existing classes. A much better idea than bloating the number of classes already in the game. With several classes dying on the vine for lack of support, we dont need a new "arcane trickster" style class, when you could add a dash of fae trickery magic to the rogue or bard. Same with a hypothetical elemental warrior in "Heroes of the Elemental Chaos".

I wish this was coming out sooner, as my current 4th edition game is set in Golarion and deals a lot with the First World.

Book of Vile Darkness is a maybe. I have a love hate relationship with boxed sets... they have some fun goodies, but they dont hold up well over time. My 1st edition hardbacks are in great shape. My poor Al-Quadim, Ravenloft and Planescape boxed sets arent.

C'mon Shemeska, these are the same guys who brought you Mega Python vs. Gatoroid, what could possibly go wrong...

Originals | Movies | Syfy

Mega Pyton vs Gatoroid was a classic! If they can get both Debbie Gibson and Tiffany back for the Book of Vile Darkness movie, then I am sold.

Picture this: Tiffany is red-headed Fierna, Lord of Hell's Fourth Plane! Debbie Gibson is Glasya, daughter of Asmodeus! Watch in awe as the terrible twosome consummate their BFF relationship in the most depraved ways, and plot together to take over the Multiverse! (...guest starring Jeremy Irons as Dispater, and Charlie Sheen as Belial...).
