I gotta say, after a good 10 years of buying into the anti-Drizzt propaganda, I think I would really love a chance to get this board game, round up a group of friends, and play as Drizzt and company for a night.

Good question.......DDM was the only product I bought from WOTC in the last couple years.

These Fall 2011 4E D&D titles listed seem kinda "meh". Another boring Fall release schedule to look forward to, just like Fall 2010.

The only title which I may have some remote interest in, is the "Book of Vile Darkness". Hopefully it will be a better treatment than the 3E/3.5E version of the same title.

The only other 2011 4E title I have some remote or vague interest in, is the "Neverwinter Campaign Setting".

To come to think of it, the only 2011 4E titles I have any vague interest in, are media tie ins: Neverwinter video game and the Book of Vile Darkness movie.

No, it was cost of plastic + sales. As the prices for DDM increased, sales decreased. Clearly Axis & Allis minis have been selling better. I doubt Wizards would continue to produce them if they haven't maintained profitability.
