WotC April survey

Yeah I was pretty bumbed to be put in with Australia too. Obviously the surveyers have never been to New Zealand and didn't realise it's a world unto itself. :p

Yes: the humans of the land share it with sheep and possums.

(12 sheep to every human, 7 possums to every human...)

Cheers!

My survey was very short (quite possibly because I haven't played 4E in the last 3 months or because I don't own DMG2).

I did put in the comments that I'd love to see theme miniature sets; goblinoid, undead, magical beast, etc. Personally, these make a lot more sense then the current 1 known plus 4 random packs they do now.

FYI, the next mini set is going back to completely blind packaging, because boosters with visible minis didn't sell well (I'm blaming that on the choice of certain visible minis, such as the unicorn).

There will be an all-beholder theme set in the fall with (IIRC) 4 different beholders (visible).

Long survey for me.

I like DMG2 a lot, and was clear about that. My final message is about language: in my opinion Wotc need to do a step back into a more inspired and inspiring writing style, like Planescape's.

My thought is moreso quality/price. $15 for 5 rather crappy-looking minis (I'm not directly addressing the visible ones; the gallery minis look pretty horrific overall) is more than I'm willing to shell out these days.

I know it's been mentioned before, but that survey seems to lump OD&D, 1e, and BD&D all together. At least that seems to be what they're doing with their "1st edition (1974)" option.

It might seem like a nit-pick, but if WotC cares enough to gather the data, you'd think they'd at least want to gather meaningful data.

There is always the other category.

Another short survey for this non4e customer but at least I got to mention my desire to see older products released in PDF or Print on Demand forms.
