I like the d20 future cover, especially the middle character 

At least when I work with printers in my job, "four color" means "full color."I wonder what their "four color" products will look like? They've only done full color or black-n-white up 'til now for 3E.

I don't know of any other printing process than CMYK. You could print with less colors (duplex) or you could even add color (gold for instance), but I can't think of any difference between "color printing" and "four-color printing"...am181d said:Four color printing is the method used in most periodicals (comics, magazines, etc.) and things like posters and calendars. That said, I have no idea how most books are printed. I had assumed they always used a similar process, but apparently not. Do any of the d20 publishers have experience working with printers that they can share?
