Geez, how many demons, devils, and other extraplanar nasties do we need? Legions of Hell, Encyclopedia of Demons and Devils I & II, Manual of the Planes, Book of Vile Darkness, Tome of Horrors, Monster Manual II ... all with extra deviltry (some better than others, of course, and some with just or mostly fiends). I know I left out some titles too. To me, saying Fiend Folio focuses on fiendish creatures makes me les likely to buy it. But, perhaps that's just me.

< g > That's almost what they said when the original Fiend Folio came out. Xvarts and Flumphs, anyone?

kenjib, it's questionable whether Kenzer's book will ever see print; Wizards has been sitting on the approval for months now; people are starting to speculate that there's some possible overlap with WotC's own A&E and possibly even the RPHB and that they're simply abusing their approval power at this point.

Doesn't this seem awfully implausible since the release of the d20 lisence? Hardly worth for wotc to pick on one company (one of the few that paid for a lisence) while there are different sourcebooks already coming out the wazoo from different d20 publishers..

Same for me... MM & Legions of Hell is quite enough (but I can understand why people would want more...)
