WotC launches Avalon Hill organised play program

I got to play in an organized RISK 2210 Tournament and it ROCKED.

It rocked all the more because I made it to the finals at GenCon and all five finalists got a $400-$500 Plexiglass version of the RISK 2210 board.

Oh yeah, I came in second @ the finals too.

for what its worth, the new Eagle Games version of civilization is a damned good board game, and has eaten much more of my summer than D&D has =)
