You would think that during off-peak hours would allow me better access to the web-based forums, but at the time of this posting, I can't get into WotC forums.

No matter how much I click, I only see my modem sending but not receiving.

What the hell?!?!!!

There's really no such thing as "off-peak" when it comes to their boards.

Even with my broadband connection, there's been times where there's been lag time on there.

Well, there are offpeak times there too. They have about as many users as ENWorld active at any one time, but since they've never deleted old posts their database is about 4x the size of ours.
