D&D 5E (2024) WotC released 5.1 SRD to 5.2.1 SRD conversion doc for creators

It's fifteen pages, but a vast majority of the content is reminding a creator what is new.
There are also revisions, name changes and format changes to track.

Perhaps this is because it might not be immediately obvious that it is a D&D 2014 to D&D 2024 conversion guide ?
