Hmm...
'Book of Vile Darkness' just in time for Halloween...
'd20 Modern' just in time for... uh... Thanksgiving???

Thanks for the scope Talon, your the coolest! ;)

Why is "information on creatures from the new Chainmail mini game" appearing in MM2, when the Chainmail Core Rulebook is being released the same month and is promoted as the "complete rulebook [that provides] new and experienced players with a single source of information about the Chainmail mini game"?

bold emphasis mine - wg.

Because they are probably already monsters in the Chainmail book that are too cool not to have in the MM2? :D I dunno - but I doubt the monsters from Chainmail appearing in the MM2 are unique to MM2. That doesn't make much sense.

Sides, from what I've seen in the Chainmail articles, I may not be interested in a minatures game but the world they are detailing seems pretty nifty to me.

Damn...I have to find work ... and ASAP! Kewl new...game releases...must buy!

Chainmail features several creatures that aren't found in the MM. The MM2 is giving them D&D stats. This way, you can use your Chainmail minis outside of just the Chainmail game.
