- The DDI has been a bit of a clusterbomb for a while now. A character builder that was launched as buggy and incomplete (and that still does things like print IMMENSE image files instead of text), and a monster builder that can do exactly two things (one of them well), and a Compendium that isn't actually complete (omitting several basic Fighter powers and the like), and magazines that have been scattershot and iffy. What's the reason for these problems? Is IP/Infringement panic to blame? How are you going to avoid problems like this going forward? What is the team's vision for the role of DDI, and what are the steps you're taking to get there?
- The Seeker and the Runepriest are two classes that get a lot of flack for not having "support," but the two classes read a lot like builds of two existing classes (the ranger/hunter or the druid and the cleric/warpriest respectively). Are there plans to re-imagine these classes as part of their related classes, or to differentiate them more strongly? Would this involve going back and re-releasing them, or just adding more material? How do other classes with stronger concepts but with equally anemic support (such as the Artificer) fall into these plans?
- What are the plans for settings for the near future of 4e? Are you going to continue to release 4e versions of the settings in earlier editions? Are you going to try for more product tie-in settings or mini-settings a la the Shadowfell products and the new FR city-specific setting? What have you learned after the release of the 4e version of the Forgotten Realms that you have applied to setting releases going forward?
Those probably need some editing, but those are three questions I'd like to see answered in at least broad "this is where we stand on these problems" ways.
