The thing that scared me most was that these games were popular. The first (I wrote three) was one of the best attended games at the local convention, the year it ran - and every year since then the con-orgs have asked me to do another (this was the first year I declined - I decided to get out before the joke wore too thin).

They pretty much worked on the principle of throwing so many bad jokes, puns and pop culture references at the group that something would have to make 'em laugh.
