D&D 4E Would you buy and play a new campaign setting for 4e?

I would only buy a new 4e campaign setting

If a new campaign setting with the same production values as Eberron was released for 4e, would you buy it? Would you play it? Would you buy it only from WOTC, what if a 3rd party released it?

Check the poll :)

When referring to level of quality, I mean art, layout, graphic design, writing and editing, game mechanics and the like. Think the best levels of WOTC production as the top end, and the worst 3.0 d20 material as the bottom of the barrel.

Sure,

But it would depend on the setting. Eberron had loads of magictech in it and the setting really used all that 3.0 had under its hat. Now if the new setting was just the PoL stuff...then maybe not. I'd rather a new setting with a fully developed world that isn't midevil dreck of usual.

This is why I wants me some Dark Sun again.

I wants me some Dark Sun (original box set style) too.

While I would be interested in a high-quality campaign setting that would implement 4e to its fullest, the interest would probably only be the vague curiosity of seeing how such a beast would look like. A new setting would have to be extremely inspiring for me to actually buy it unless it would be fully OGC, since my intended 4e game would be entirely OGC-based.
