Would you buy this?

I was just wondering if anyone is interested in a book that maps out certain character concepts by level (which classes to take at which level). I know that there are freebees out there that gives a couple concepts mapped out- but I was wondering if there would be a market for it.

I am not making it, just curious because I thought about it and felt it would be neat to know the "best" way to create a specific character, but then, how lame is that to not have the freedom tomold your own char- the only freedom you have in this game...

For me it would come down too two basic things, the ammount of content and the price.

It sounds like a "how to powergame" book.

I'm all for it.

I've often been a proponent of powergaming aides, especially for roleplayers. Sometimes a player wants to play a "Best swordsman in the world" kind of chracter, but they don't know the ins and outs of the rules well enough to know how to accomplish this. The result is a mediocre swordsman who is occasionally out-performed by the the rogue. So at level 6 the roleplayer finds out that he's screwed up his charcter concept and gets fustrated.

So while I -personally- probably wouldn't pick something up (I am Joe Powergamer), I think it would be a useful guide.
