Would you consider this balanced enough for 0 ECL?

The creatures are dextrous and hearty (bonus to dex and con). Those are the only real reasoning behind my ability scores. The negatives are there to balance it out. The Nefortu are a race of short, winged creatures with hairless, leathery skin ranging from brown to black, and long, pointed ears. It is speculated that they are distant cousins of the great bats, but the similarity is slight, although they have retained the ability to fly.

Known far and wide as tricksters, their deceptions often hide a malevolent bent. They excel at the roguish skills, as well as having some small ability in magic. (magic and the int mod are irrelevent, since magic will be wis based in this setting)

At least now I know why you have been vague about the races description. Is there any tidbits that you can reveal about their society?

Y'know, Darkvision is the ability to see something like 60 feet in darkness, regardless of light or no light. Low-Light Vision is the ability to see twice as far as a human in conditions of poor illumination, such as under starlight or from a torch.

As others pointed out, the dagger is a simple weapon, so there's no need to give them free proficiency in it (even wizards and druids are automatically proficient with daggers, so no need to bother). You might give them the Weapon Focus feat with daggers though, giving them +1 on attack rolls with daggers.

Gliding can be done with a Fly maneuverability of Clumsy, which doesn't grant true flight but only gliding ability, as described in the Monster Manual I think. Poor maneuverability is moderately beter than Clumsy, but not nearly so good as a bird's flight.

The race as-is is not sufficiently balanced for ECL+0, though close I suppose. If flight maneuverability is reduced to Clumsy, it'd probably be fine or even a tad weak, but Poor maneuverability is enough to get some good use out of flight. I suppose....if you give them +2 Constitution and reduce their flight maneuverability to Clumsy, it may be balanced. With Poor maneuverability though, I'd definitely not give them any Constitution bonus.
