Would you have bought the class compendium?

I voted maybe, but it would actually be "probably".

I still prefer paper books to digital.

The scale would be definitely tipped if it had some nice new stuff instead of just errata, and PH/Essential integration and swap feats.

Yes, but mostly because I buy pretty much everything. I even bought Dungeon Delve. I'm still trying to figure that one out; I like the idea behind it, but I've literally never used it.

Well, it REALLY will NOT SELL to us people who already have a PHB1. BUT, to those people who don't have, it will definitely, the fact that's it's updated version.

I would have even broken my own rule of not buying WotC products until electronic books return.

I'd love to have an errata'd compendium of the core books I have.

I wasn't planning on buying it - but then, I wasn't really the market for it. I think it was aimed at two crowds - those who were clamoring for an updated PHB with errata included, plus players who joined with Essentials and wanted access to the older material.

I think it would have sold, but not spectacularly well, so I think cancelling it was the right call.

The only thing that would have tempted me would have been multiclassing and hybrid rules for Essentials builds. We saw the feats, and they were a huge letdown, so that certainly wouldn't have done it. We'll see next month about the hybrid rules, I suppose.
