Wounding and Regeneration

So here is a another question,

Does the CON point damage from multiple strikes of a wounding weapon stack? Say your Rouge hits the bad guy three times with his wounding Rapier, does that mean neaxt round the bad guy loses 3 more hit points (unless he is healed by a cure spell or potion)?

Well, the con point damage would certainly stack, as otherwise it would be an utterly worthless enchantment, and damage essentially always stack. But wounding doesn't give you a damage over time effect...

I was thinking the same thing...

If your melee guy gets 3 attacks per round, and he knocks the crap out of <insert poor battled thing here> with a wounding weapon of doom, does it drain the 3 pts, or just 1 pt per round?

Our DM ruled that only 1/round due it was too broken if the paladin, fighter, and rogue all had wounding weapons (plus the rogue's crippling strike, plus poison if he goes the assassin route). At level 10 your looking at 8 con/round (excluding poison) + spellcasters if they drain... I can see why which would ruin any type of battle (even at 18 con, in 3-4 rounds the fights over)

<this all assuming every attack hits>

Huh? 3-4 rounds of full attacks, the fights usually over from hp damage anyway ;p and its 1 per hit, not 1 per round.. its not really that overpowered, even on a 20HD creature you're looking at 10 damage/hit from con loss, as opposed to the 7 average from holy, or the 9 average from a bane (and bane is only +1). And if they have lower HD, you'll do even less damage with wounding.

It does tend to depend a little on the enemies you're facing I guess... undead are good targets for holy, but immune to wounding. Elementals are immune to holy being neutral... and wounding also won't work. Same with constructs.
