Wow, Fiendform is broken!

I would think that the fast healing would work like a ring of regeneration.

That is, it will only have damage taken in the form that has the fast healing ability.

There is precedence for this kind of healing, I think this is another example where it should be applied.

You can also use Fiendform to change into an Imp, who has Regenerate 2. Enough to fully heal up with one spell, even tho it takes a few minutes.

That's not something to complain about, tho, it's an acceptable use for a 6th level arcane spell and still much weaker than the comparable divine spell (Heal).

EDIT: Ugh, silly me, Regenerate only heals subdual damage, right?
