Is the Srd correct (under the wraith entry):

"Constitution Drain (Su): Living creatures hit by a
wraith’s incorporeal touch attack must succeed at a
Fortitude save (DC 14) or suffer 1d6 points of permanent Constitution drain."

Yes, same as the description in the MM. Permanent drains means that they do not come back after resting. Lesser Restoration will not help, either. You need a Restoration spell for permanent drains.
