Wrath of the Gods + Multiple Paladins = Broke?

OK, my rules-fu is weak at the moment :) Wait until I have had the chance to read the rules fully, then I will be the master!

One of the problems with an 'exceptions based' system is that everything ends up as an exception. With Wrath of the Gods I'd simply declare as a DM that multiple uses of this power do not stack.

I don't know why everyone is crying broken. It's a Daily. They only get one. Even if there's an entire group of Paladins that doesn't mean it's broken. For starters, it's a Close Burst 1. If every Paladin in the group was going to use it they would get nuked by the Artillery for setting up in Fireball formation. Second, the game is built on multiple encounters. If they blow their wad on an encounter that wasn't "final" and get attacked during extended rest they're SOL.

Honestly, I see more Paladins taking One Heart, One Mind over that. It's useful in any situation. Furthermore, many tough fights are tough because the PC's have a hard time hitting. The OHOM utility allows for minimal action sacrifice with great, stackable hit bonuses. On top of that it's Close Burst 6.
