X-Men 3: Who's looking forward to it? [Possible Spoilers]

Okay, X-Men 3 is currently filming and the IMDb page for the movie gives a pretty good idea which characters are going to be in it.

Some we've known about for some time. However, I didn't know they were going to have Leech and Artie in X-Men 3. That's kind of cool news! Other characters I hadn't heard about yet are: Multiple Man, Siryn, and Jubilee.

Plus, has anyone seen a teaser trailer for it yet? Anything noteworthy that anyone has heard?

Cheers!

All I know about it is what they've been talking about on AICN, and they're bearish on it to say the least. Granted that you have to take everything you hear on that site with a grain of salt, but I haven't heard one bit of news plot-wise that's brought a smile to my face. It sounds mostly like a rehash of the first two movies.

As for Brett Ratner ... maybe he'll surprise me yet, but I'm not a fan.

Well yeah I'm looking forward to it. I just don't have very high hopes. Was I the only one who liked Red Dragon, the most notible Brett Ratner movie I can think of? Great it was not, but decent. I feel that's about what X3 will be.

That was the Matt Vaughn version, but after he jumped ship and Brett Ratner came on board,
a new script was made. All we've been told is that it's not the same story, but how different
from the Matt Vaughn version it is, noone knows. Tight lips, so far.

It also seems that Brett Ratner is getting more leeway with the studio than Vaughn did (which
is said to be why he left, butting heads with the bosses) which I choose to take as a good
sign. Brett Ratner isn't on my favourite filmmaker list, but so far I haven't actually disliked any
of his movies. I think I've found them all entertaining, if not memorable.

Crossing my fingers.

No official statements, of course. Rumours. Grain of salt, etc.

Looking forward to it a great deal, so far. I try to stear clear of rumors and speculation about scripts and such because those things can all change at the last minute, and change further in editing.

I'm glad to see Beast and Angel appearing, but definitely wish that Cyclops could get a little more than he has the past two movies.

But, hey, as long as we get actual Angel and not Archangel I'll be somewhat satisfied. Hopefully Ratner won't ruin it completely.

At least Cyclops didn't get completely cut like Nightcrawler. I lost most interest in this movie after finding out he had no part. Alan Cumming was pushing X3 until they told him he had no part. :(

See I had heard it the other way. I heard he didn't want to do the part again if he had to go through all the make up and such. Apperantly he had a hard time with it, and I really can't blame him. I guess they opted not to recast the part in the off chance he came back.
