X-Men 3: Who's looking forward to it? [Possible Spoilers]

Bigger the cast gets, more cameos they try to squeeze in, the less hopeful I am for the pic.

Movies live and die by character interaction and development. Divide your attention too many ways and it sinks.
I want to see how they go with it. They did a fine job I thought last movie including everyone, and there's nothing wrong with a somewhat appropriate cameo, and not every x-man staring in every movie.

I'm glad Wolverine is in it. I had heard they might split him off to do his own line of movies, which would be a bit of a disapointment.

Now see, I couldn't stand the guy who played him in the first two movies. If they're going to cast some pretty boy without the chops, I would prefer they not put him center stage.

Problem is, if they are doing Dark Phoenix, they really need him center stage. Otyherwise, they're telling us "Yeah, we know they were in love, but when she comes back from the dead, not much happens with him." Ignoring a major character development for the sake of tossing in cameos is pretty darned lame.

If the man doesn't have the chops... get a bullwhip and make him act, darn it!

They're still planning on doing a Wolverine movie, last I heard. It's supposed to come out after this next X-Men movie, and before a fourth. I'm sure he'll be in all the X-Men movies, regardless, though. When's Wolverine ever had a problem making cameos in multiple places? Heck, he's appearing in most Marvel titles right now. :)

They are also planning a Magneto movie, from what I recall, though likely set in the time pre-X-Men, with Magneto as a young man.
